ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately communicate Hermle’s corporate identity internally and externally
• Organize and manage trade shows while collaborating with other departments
• Manage inventory of marketing materials as well as Hermle branded clothing.
Provide customers, sales reps and sales managers with marketing materials as needed
• Work closely with our marketing department in Germany on global marketing strategies
• Close collaboration with local PR firm
• Oversee social media activities with PR firm
• Supports the Leadership team in establishing and evaluating local marketing strategies
• General administrative tasks to support other departments
• Performs all other duties and responsibilities as requested

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Domestic travel to trade shows is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Marketing
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Detail Oriented, Excellent writing & verbal communication skills
• Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar publishing and page layout designing software
• Experience with (trade) media outreach
• Simple Audio/Video production a plus
• Salesforce experience is preferred
• Microsoft Office knowledge is required
